FINANCIAL REPORTS AND STATEMENTS

The Catahoula Parish School Board shall make all financial reports required by the State Superintendent and Louisiana Board of Elementary and Secondary Education (BESE) and/or state law relative to the financial operation of the school system.  All financial reports and statements shall be prepared completely and accurately and submitted to the Louisiana Department of Education by September thirtieth of each year.

The Superintendent shall provide the Board with semi-annual statements of the financial status of the Board and the school system.  Other financial information shall be provided as requested by the Board.
